Personal service and relationship banking have been our priorities since we opened in 1990. Continuing to develop options to serve our customer’s financial needs has always been our primary goal.
Internet Banking provides YOU with one more OPTION. Some may want to use it frequently – others may use it occasionally. That is why we provide Internet Banking as another option for your convenience. You can view your accounts any day of the week and any time of the day. Bill payments can be set up to be paid every month automatically.
Going to be out of town and will not be near a computer? Our Telephone Banking option will help you keep track of your accounts.
What You Need
All you need to use Internet Banking is any computer that can access the Internet, plus a secure browser, the latest releases of Netscape, Internet Explorer and America Online are usually compatible, with a few exceptions. Please contact us for information about a specific version or browser type.
How Much Does it Cost?
There is no additional charge for our customers to use Internet Banking in order to access account information, download transaction files and transfer funds between accounts.
Optional online Bill Payment is available for $5.95 per month for individuals and $9.95 per month for business customers. (Please note there is an additional $0.35 per transaction over 15.) Other than government taxing authorities, or court-directed payments such as alimony or child support, this service allows you to pay virtually anyone - companies or individuals - at any time. You can even schedule to pay recurring bills, such as car, mortgage and insurance payments.
How to Enroll
If you have an account with us, click here to enroll online. Online enrollment does require some verification on the part of the bank to protect your privacy, so the service will not be active immediately. Generally, online enrollment of Internet Banking takes 1-2 business days, and online enrollment of Bill Pay takes 3 business days.
New customers are invited to visit us at Ann Arbor Commerce Bank to apply for an account and enroll in Internet Banking. We are located at 2950 State Street South, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and our phone number is 734.887.3100.
How to Get Help
During our regular business hours, please call 734.887.3100 and we will be happy to assist you and/or answer any of your Internet Banking questions. If you have question(s) about a payment on Bill Pay, please contact our Bill Pay provider at 866.322.4533 on a 24/7 basis, including holidays.
